Why We Liked These Plays
✅ Cincinnati Reds Moneyline (-146)
The Reds entered the game with several advantages we value when evaluating MLB matchups. We liked the pitching edge, the offense's recent form, and their ability to create pressure throughout the lineup. While the price was approaching our preferred range, we still believed it represented fair value given Cincinnati's win probability.
Result: Another convincing winner.
❌ Cleveland Guardians Moneyline (-104)
This was one of our favorite value plays because the line suggested a nearly even matchup while our projections gave Cleveland a slight edge.
Unfortunately, baseball doesn't always follow the numbers. Despite the favorable setup, the Guardians couldn't capitalize, reminding us that even well-researched bets won't win every time.
Result: Loss.
✅ Baltimore Orioles Moneyline (-115)
Baltimore checked several important boxes heading into the game.
We liked their starting pitching matchup, offensive consistency, and bullpen reliability. At only -115, we felt the market slightly undervalued Baltimore's chances, making this one of the better values on the board.
Result: Winner.
✅ Chicago Cubs Moneyline (-108)
The Cubs offered one of the best value prices on the card.
Near-even odds combined with a favorable matchup made Chicago an attractive play. Their ability to manufacture runs and get key outs late in games made this a bet we were comfortable backing.
Result: Winner.
✅ Boston Red Sox Moneyline (-125)
Boston was once again one of our strongest-rated plays.
The Red Sox had advantages on the mound, entered with an offense that had been swinging the bats well, and faced a matchup we believed favored them throughout the game. We felt -125 was still a very playable number.
Boston delivered, making this another winning ticket for both our Premium members and everyone who followed our Free Play.
